I travel to Kentucky to attend the horse races at Keeneland, and this year for the first time also at Kentucky Downs. At Kentucky Downs, the horse racing seems almost an afterthought as the business seems to center on electronic slot machines, so obviously these are legal in Kentucky. Is this about card rooms and/or roulette wheels?
