“I’m sorry setter. You seem to be confused.
I wasn’t talking about sanitized gangsters from Hollywood movies and pulp novels. I was instead referring to real life brutal crime organizations.”

The mafia never would have gunned down innocent people. Show me the mass graves in NY of hundreds, thousands of people massacred.

To say the Mafia and Irish gangs are no different than the cartels is laughable.

The mafia had strict codes. IF they killed someone the family of the victim was never to see it.

Oh.
So now you wish to play your new little game of “lets pretend”

Let’s pretend that not killing people en mass in front of their families is the same as not killing them.”

No, setter. I will never be joining you in that stupid game. You will have to play it by yourself.

Mass graves? The Italians at least were known for dismembering and then destroying the corpses. Except for public incidents like the Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre.

Show you the Hundreds of thousands...
We aren’t Mexico. We take brutal criminals down, so they don’t get to rack up such body counts here. Until they infiltrate Congress and the Intelligence Agencies.

At any rate, the Italian mafia and the Irish gangs weren’t less brutal. They were just faced off against an educated population which could and would rise up and kill their asses if pushed. Eventually the people of the United States got tired of their existence and ended them.
