Oklahoma Judge Denies Desperate Injunction against Constitutional Carry
Arizona -(Ammoland.com)- On Friday, 1 November, 2019, Constitutional Carry is scheduled to be restored in Oklahoma. The latest desperate attempt to stop the restoration was blocked by an Oklahoma District judge. The plaintiffs had asked for a temporary injunction against the law. From oag.ok.gov:
Attorney General Mike Hunter today released the following statement after Oklahoma County District Judge Don Andrews ruling that denied the plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction that would have prevented the constitutional carry law from going into effect on Nov. 1.
The law will now take effect Friday, despite ongoing litigation.
We are pleased Judge Andrews ruled in our favor and did not grant a preliminary injunction, which will allow this law to go into effect on Nov. 1, Attorney General Hunter said. My office is proud to defend the constitutional carry law against a political attack by plaintiffs who were unable to succeed at the legislature, unable to persuade voters in the referendum process and now seeking to overturn a duly enacted law with meritless claims and scare tactics.

Indeed they are. Ill bet if you look deep enough youll find a guy named George signing the checks.

or Bloomberg
Mostly Bloomberg.
Mostly Bloomberg.
The filthy scumbag with the deep pockets is surely named Soros!
As much as anything they fight the carry laws because they know the mayhem they predict will never happen so it shreds their cause. In Mi they squealed, stomped their feet, took to the airwaves and even tried a petition to stop the carry law from taking effect. And once it took effect not one of their predictions came true. Yet not a word. After a couple of months I heard someone call one of the few liberal hosted (Mitch Albom) radio shows and say, well? All he could do is say I am glad I was wrong.
Well, here is MS where we have Constitutional Carry, Rat Jim Hood who is running for Governor seems to be very popular.
He is currently the AG, having been reelected numerous times to that position since 2003.
As MS AG he spoke at a UN Conference of Globalist Gun Grabbers nd he has an issue with Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground Laws, yet he has a good chance of taking the Governorship tomorrow.
He is running as a Pickup Truck Driving, Deer Hunting good ole boy and people I’ve met here are buying it hook, line and sinker.
I’m in Adams County and Tate Reeves the Republican is not popular at all. Of course this County went Hillary in 2016 by a large Margin, so I hope the rest of the State wises up.
They’re panicked that their favored constituents will get smoke checked by a lawfully armed American.
i think i may push my maryland legislators to not step on my constitutional rights...
perhaps an ad in the annapolis gazette that just declares that i am going to exercise my constitutional right to carry.
Who knows how accurate it is but RCP polling has Reeves up by 3% in recent polling (2 weeks ago). Hood had previously led by 3-6 points in 3 polls taken from last December until this latest poll.
Perhaps the MAGA, KAG man can pull him across the finish line. He certainly cannot hurt Reeves chances.
That makes for how many “Constitutional Carry” states now?
Georgia needs to be next on that list.

They went through the same drill when "Shall Issue" replaced "May Issue". I expended thousands of words online advocating "Shall Issue".
I always ended the pearl-clutching when I suggested that the complainers look to other SI states and see where their "blood-in-the-streets" predictions ever came true. A few responded, calling me "Racist!". I figured my work there was done. :-)
Down here on the Gulf Coast (Jackson/Harrison/Hancock, etc.), Tate Reeves is the one to back...most of MS knows and dislikes what Hood is all about - despite his pointing to a gun on his hip and busting a beer bottle with his rifle shot...
RKBA Ping List-Would you please add me to this list? Thank you.

Well, I’m voting for Tate.
Since you’re down that way, I have a question.
I’m looking to buy a new construction House near or in Diamondhead next year since I’ve heard nice things about the area.
Any thoughts on what other Towns down your way, Gulfport, Oceans Springs etc. are the best places to buy? Also curious about the cost of flood insurance since I’m not familiar with which areas have the highest rates.
Any information would be appreciated. Just PM me of you have time. Thanks...
And every democrat politician you can name, using taxpayer money.
