I’m not sure I get the point.... obviously a multi-front approach is required. But isn’t “whining about the process” (if one wants to call it that) part of the strategy of defending the President?

Criticizing the Stalinist kangaroo court of the commissars was a good tactical beginning. They don’t have the votes to stop the actual impeachment vote but they can harass and bleed the Democrats until they get to the Senate. Once in the Senate Trump and his lawyers will have full reign to argue that Trump as the chief executive of every Federal agency including Justice had every right and obligation to examine how and who was using the Ukraine as a prosecutor free corruption zone. Not only will Hunter Biden be called but Paul Pelosi , Nancy’s son, also a man with no energy expertise became somehow enriched in the Ukraine. They will testify or take the 5th. Either way they face indictment and arrest. If Nancy goes through with impeachment, her son will have severe problems. So will other Democrats. It will be interesting to see if Nancy tries to walk it back.

There is a bad precedent being set. If your party loses the presidency and you control the house, you start impeachment...AUTOMATICALLY. Impeachment lives its Constitutional importance and becomes just another political tool. The Republicans must ignore this house process unless there is significant bipartisan support in the House.

“Hell yeah...” they can’t even stand up to an arrogant, elitist, punk, POS GOVERNMENT SPOKESMAN who wants “to take”...

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

“Process” claims are grounds for dismissal without a trial in the Senate. The audience for those arguments are the squishy GOP Senators who don’t really like Trump all that much (e.g. Collins, Murkowski, etc.).
