You can be protected from retribution if you have not committed any crime. You don’t have immunity for breaking the law if you have actively conspired with a foreign government in any illegal way that you or I could be arrested for.
He’s not a whistleblower— not described as such as a witness, NOR has he filed under the Statute. Does not apply.
