Thanks, didn’t read far enough, had searched for judge, but it wasn’t next to his name. :-)
How is it that California and other states can tell the Federal government to go to hell when it comes to immigration law, but Alabama cannot do the same with abortion. Aren’t all laws on the books supposed to be enforced, and if a Federal law is not binding on one state, then no Federal law is binding on any state.
