Alabama's near-total ban on abortion has just been blocked from implementation. The ban, dubbed the "Human Life Protection Act," was set to take effect on November 15.

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against the ban on Tuesday morning, effectively halting the law from taking effect while the lawsuit challenging the ban continues.

Where in The Constitution does it read Federal Judges have power over a State’s abortion laws ?

Peanut Boy judge: “Alabama's abortion ban contravenes clear Supreme Court precedent,” the judge wrote in his order. “It defies the United States Constitution.”

I think we would have noticed the word "abortion" in the Constitution, Myron Thompson, you partisan Democrat gasbag liar.

We as a country were destined for “Rule By Democrat Federal Judge” until President Trump stepped in.

No one man should have the power to thwart the will of the people.

The judiciary has FAR too much power.

Plus they are operating outside of their field.

Their only job to determine if laws have been broken when a crime has been committed or there’s doubt. It’s not their place to make or set policy.

“Planned Parenthood praised the judge’s ruling. “This is not only a victory for the people of Alabama — it’s a victory for the entire nation”

Should read a victory for the entire army of Satan.

No matter what your view is on practically anything political, the biggest problem we face is federal tyranny.

This is a state issue and the federal government and federal judges are criminals. They are the terrorists.

But states rights would be invoked for a state (like VA) that legalizes infanticide. How about that!

“Where in The Constitution does it read Federal Judges have power over a State’s abortion laws ?”

Roe v. Wade needs to be overturned, which us what the pro-abortion judges are following. Until that happens, those judges will continue to cite that horrible decision as their constitutional authority.

There are 103 ACTUAL federal judicial VACANCIES along with 18 “near term” FUTURE VACANCIES (many of which are TBD awaiting confirmation of their replacements). If Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell would get more of these nominees confirmed as ACTIVE federal judges then fewer cases such as this would be assigned to “Senior” Leftist judges such as this Carter judge.

How is it that California and other states can tell the Federal government to go to hell when it comes to immigration law, but Alabama cannot do the same with abortion. Aren’t all laws on the books supposed to be enforced, and if a Federal law is not binding on one state, then no Federal law is binding on any state.

It doesn’t. But some how ever governor and even the President are ballets to tell them to go F themselves. That why I likes Jackson. Wanna pass a law from the bench? Come enforce it.
