So is he a Russian agent, or a Ukrainian agent?

His loyalties seem to be Ukrainian.
He has piously convinced himself that what is good for Ukraine is good US policy.
He believes good US policy is sending hundreds of millions to corrupt officials and sending lethal weapons to the kleptocracy that controls or wants to control Ukraine,

He believes in Continuing a fruitless “ civil war” between Russian speaking Ukrainans ( who have the misfortune of living in the resource rich Eastern regions) and using the Russian repossession of Crimea that was given away by Krushchev 60 years ago as an excuse for continuing US vs Russia strategic posturing, And bringing in US troops as “ advisors” and a trip wire against a Russian invasion.

This is why the “ natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution is so critical. To try to prevent divided loyalties.

Sounds all too depressingly familiar.
Had Hillary Clinton been elected the proxy wars ( and maybe hot wars between US and Russia) in Syria and Ukraine would be very bloody indeed.
