Paper ballot. Quite old-faashioned, they don’t use electronic tabulation to count votes.

Its basically unicameral. The House Of Commons is the powerful of the two houses and the only elected one.

Yes but it is consistent at least across the country. My issue is how far do you trust employees of election Canada? Still it would require a conspiracy of many people to invalidate a vote.

Yes but I think Canada should have a Senate appointed by the provinces. Then each province can do it anyway they choose. Say 5 Senators per province.

And in my opinion, that’s a GOOD thing

Elections Canada is a non partisan body overseeing federal elections.

No chance for ballot harvesting or vote fraud there.

Sounds like a vestige from the British House of Lords.

In the US many people undervote, vote for nobody for certain offices. The vote counters arrogantly consider that they are helping the voter when they complete the ballot for him by marking the races not yet voted for.

The Senate is a copy of the British House Of Lords. A sinecure for retired politicians.

Does such a thing exist?

In Canada, its transparent and there is no gerrymandering of House ridings.

Canada has so many lefties that even splitting their vote between NDP and the Liberals the Conservatives can barely manage an occasional win.

That is something better north of the border in that case.

Except they are government employees and mostly pro-liberal. But then it would require a conspiracy. I single person couldn’t commit fraud.
