This is obviously a worrisome development for the cabal as it appears to be suggestive of a conspiracy. You can smell their fear.

It’s no coincidence that these media reports are being posted shortly after what I consider to be potentially the most explosive development in the U.S. political scene in months. I’m referring to the motion filed by Michael Flynn's lawyer demanding access to the cell phone records -- and even the cell phones themselves -- of CIA/"Deep State" operative Joseph Mifsud.

Whether this evidence has any value is a whole different matter, but if you read the text of that motion, it's clear that Flynn's lawyer knew that the DOJ has these things in its possession. This raises the obvious question of just how they knew this when it would seem to be highly classified information.

The other remarkable angle to this was that the response filed by the prosecutors in the Flynn case seemed to suggest that they were completely unaware of the fact that the DOJ had this evidence in its possession ... even though the prosecutors are the DOJ.
