I'm opening a bottle of Castelli del Grevepesa Chianti Classico "Coltifredi 2015" about $14. Will pair it with a nice Red Sauced pasta that I picked up from Olive Gargen last weekend and froxe...(never ending pasta bowl, and their take homes.*)
*--Tip the bar tender or waitress BEFORE hand and tell her you want two extra never ending pasta bowls to go. Works every time.
