Congressman Elijah E. Cummings (MD-07) died early Thursday morning due to complications concerning longstanding health challenges, according to a statement from his office.

I think only for senate. A special election will be filled. If he has a son or daughter or maybe wife, it’s theirs if they want it. Typical democrat way.
