first rule of dementia fight club….no need for rules in dementia fight club it will just confuse them. besides no one will believe them if they say anything...I make a bad joke about this but being serious. this makes me sick to my stomach. at some point every one will encounter a loved one that can be victimized like this or could be in such a dependent position themselves later in life.

As an assisted living home resident, I find this kind of abuse inexcusable. Its supposed to feel like a home.
When the staff aren’t considerate of the people living there, quality of life is lessened.
One wonders how state regulators didn’t uncover the situation sooner.
If they were white and the patients were black, national headlines!
