Sounds like a really dumb idea to me. If Biden broke laws, it would not be appropriate to release them to the public. It would destroy any legal case that could be made.
I’d imagine If Biden did anything illegal it was strictly “off the books”. I doubt official transcripts would spread any light on the subject (then again Biden isn’t known to be smart)

Bravo! And it could also contain some sensitive information going public which is illegal to have been done to Trump thus violating OPSEC and COMSEC restrictions. So it would be illegal happening to Biden.
