Ralph Abraham is running for Governor of Louisiana and the election is tomorrow. My guess is he is trying to bring in supporters of President Trump to cast their votes for him. So really nothing more than a stun in reality.
If no one reaches 50% then the top 2 participate in a runoff election on Tuesday Nov. 12th.
