The 501C3 status only grants corporate protection for church board members at the price of a muzzle. It does not grant tax exempt status.

Tax exemptions is the way the Feds have captured and restricted the church. Our Country needs to have preacher speack out on important issues. Cut the umbellicol coil with the DS and say what needs to be said,
Man should not lie with man. Woman should not lie with woman. And so forth. Tax exempt works like a bribe to keep preachers in line and not telling the true word of the bible; All Churches should immediately stop there non profit stus .
Let the true words of God be spoken and let the chips fall where they may. It is like judas mone-bribes so you don’t speak out sinful things derps want to do, Destroy the family , Just say no to Government regulation of you relgion.

I don’t expect you to ever understand, but it is much bigger than that. Are you actually happy with how your tax dollars are being spent from a central government? If not, you should not have to pay for and support something you have taken a vow to not support either.
None of us should. Giving these funds back to the local community for favorable local reasons is much better than sending it to a central government who will squander it away on garbage that helps no one in your own local community.
THIS is what non profits were originally designed for... Unfortunately it has been abused by many. But this does not make them ALL guilty, and it should not be used to extort those who do not abuse it and do good things.
You know that Beto, Warren, Sanders really believe the things they are promising to all their alphabet groups (thanks Dave C). But you see Biden up there trying to be “one of the liberal progressives”. And you know he really doesn’t believe this stuff in his heart. And this is not going to play well in the national race next fall.

Like we didn’t know this was coming. I’ve been warning for years that churches were setting themselves up by their dependence on tax exemption. When you take Caesar’s coin you dance to his music. If it doesn’t happen with Beto (unlikely) it will happen one day. Churches need to start weening themselves off the government tit.
