“If i was in their HR department, and the mayor told me to fire them, I’d tell him that i will never do that to American heros...”

I worked in H.R. for about 20 years, and never worked under an H.R. Director who wasn’t a sadistic creature. And when/if it comes down to supporting the employees or management, they always protect management. They ARE management. A lot of people are under the impression H.R. exists to help employees; it’s just the opposite. (I’m sure there are good ones, but I haven’t met any.)

These cops on stage tonight are exceptionally brave!!

As a person in management I can tell you 100% you are better off dealing with your issues with co-workers on your own and not involving HR. Best advice I give people, going to HR rarely fixes issues and they end up as just a mediator.
