Democraps have ALWAYS liked corrupt politicians and any other profession. The more corrupt, the better. However,
Joe isn’t playing only to dems. He needs others, who happen to have some principles.
Of course he will be pushed up, Americans don’t like their guys being investigated and pushed around. He should be all high and mighty just before the real evidence comes out in a flood to take down the guy already nominated as Dem nominee.

The only value to these “polls” are as indicators to where the shot callers for the dems want the donations to go.
Numbers invented to fit the narrative.
The left is in a quandary. Biden is only one who can get minorities needed. Be to has no chance. Warren turns off liberal big business and rural dems. Sanders is ill and fading. They have a bad bench. Tulsi is still polling low. They are going to lose whoever they pick.
Also the impeachment inquiry hurts the left. Shows they are not focused on policy and the election just attacking Trump.
