Sleepy Jeff recused himself and left Rod completely free to engineer the Deep State coup.
At the end of the day Mueller couldn't deliver because there was no there there. But, Rod did succeed in putting the country through three years of hell and counting.

I always thought Rosenstein was a snake. He reminded me of Eddie Haskell the first time I saw him, but not in an amusing or endearing way. Rosenstein was always arrogant, slippery, condescending and pathetically rude in that governmental elitist manner.

Chances are that Mueller never saw it or read it.
Mueller was just the figurehead and had no idea what was occurring. The people that received it and read it and kept it from Mueller, are those that actually conducted the investigations, i.e., the Hillary/Comey/DNC/Obama cabal.

Rosenstein committed so many criminal acts that it's hard to keep count. I think making a serious offer to wear a wire is treason, and more serious than the leaking, lying to Congress, and colluding with Mueller. We need about 5-10 serious AG’s just to nail all the DOJ criminals, and the web keeps growing.
