Not escaped. It’s still very early in the game. As soon as the IG report on FISA drops, indictments will be sent out and people will be appearing before grand juries. And it will happen in an election season.

The minute FISA and the Steele dossier is tied to Ukraine, it’s all over.

A large part of the problem is that the DC jury pool won’t convict a Dem of anything so there is no point in prosecuting. They should move the DOJ out of DC and venue as well.

I was thinking the same thing earlier, but i think it would take a daily review of the news and catch the brief opportunity that those might be reported. The Dem list would be 100s or 1000s with only a 1-5% having any consequence. Where in contrast, the Rep would be much shorter, but a 90-95% consequence for the misdeed.

I can’t help comparing the Democrat faux hysteria over Trump’s conversation with the leader of the Ukraine with their dead silence when Obama was caught unaware on a hot mic telling a Russian official to tell Putin he could be more “flexible” in negotiations after his reelection campaign (i.e. I can make concessions that would otherwise cost me the election)
