No, I don’t have to know what was said. With Biden running for the Dim nod, it is a matter Trump could have, and in my view should have, bumped over to the State Department and the DOJ and to have let them decide on appropriate questions to anyone in the Ukraine.
As it is Trump just made what may be “innocent” appear it to be about him going after Biden’s son as a way of politically going after Biden.
If it all had been left to State and Treasury, Trump could have honestly stayed out of it, and if there was Biden shenanigans deserving of Ukraine’s investigation, questions about it would have not come from Trump personally, and thus divorcing it from any political considerations.
I think Trump just created another headache he didn’t need, that’s all.
