It’s been over 60 years since the A-12.....Lots of technology has been developed since then, both known and unknown. I have no reason not to believe that what folks are seeing are top secret aircraft in the testing stages.....

If aliens can’t bend space and time they won’t be going anywhere interesting.
But—just because our science hasn’t figured out how to do it is no reason to believe it can’t be done.

I have found a new British SciFi comedy that I like. Not as genius as Red Dwarf but funny - Hyperdrive. Only on for two seasons but it had its moments!

If they were serious about being transparent, they would release everything related to Roswell, one way or another. It is either an ET or it is not. Declassify everything about Roswell. Then I will know the government wants transparency. As long as it is just the Navy and a few videos, this is a head fake to me.

I saw a UFO, relatively close, back in 1974.
It was about 100 yards away, flying maybe 50 feet above the ground, very bright, and totally silent. My dad was with me. We both saw it.
It flew across our path, at about maybe 50 MPH. Large, clear open space with no obstructions.
As it passed us, from right to left, and as it neared a busy road (Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale) it accelerated and rose into the sky. We watched it until it disappeared into the clouds, which it clearly lit up as it passed through them.
Was it alien? Experimental? Foreign? I haven’t the faintest idea.
I know what it wasn’t...it wasn’t a helicopter or any other conventional aircraft. It flew way too steady and straight to be ball lightning.

The sightings have been experienced in prior centuries. Do a web search on 18th century UFO sightings. They read very much like the reported sightings of our modern times.
Charles Fort first noticed the pattern of the sightings from reading historical accounts in newspapers and journals. Fort made the astute observation that no matter how persistent or convincing the experience was people would automatically deny it.

There’s an entire industry that flourishes by exploiting the willing suspension of disbelief.
It could be the Navy is telling the truth, they are UFO’s and they don’t know who they belong too.
You are assuming they are not possibly inter-dimensional that changes the distance theory completely.
