Anyone looking to help their own health and illness issues should do this. Google the name of the health problem and then add “vitamins, minerals and nutrition to help.” You will find lots of suggestions. Then get a good book on diet and health. I imagine there are a lot of Adelle Davis’ books out there for a dollar or two. I have read and used them all: 1) Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit; 2)Let’s Have Healthy Children (my firstborn is just finishing 21 years in Special Forces); 3) Let’s Get Well; and 4) Let’s Cook it Right. A basic knowledge will help you distinguish the conventional, “the American diet is a good one so you don’t really need extra vitamins” from “many people have individual needs that are not average or much stress or chronic deficiencies that need help” which I certainly discovered in my own case and among family members and friends.
According to a spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Science, “Just because I have two heads doesn’t mean nothing, my secretary has three legs and my wife has four of everything.”
