Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Monday that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh won't be impeached amid a new allegation of sexual misconduct.
Graham defended Kavanaugh during a string of tweets, accusing Democrats of being "willing to ruin Justice Kavanagh's life for political gain."
"As Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I promise you Justice Kavanaugh will not be impeached over these scurrilous accusations," Graham tweeted.
Republicans have rushed to defend Kavanaugh after The New York Times reported over the weekend that Max Stier, a classmate of Kavanaugh's at Yale University, alleged that Kavanaugh exposed himself at a party and that other students pushed Kavanaugh's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.

Flimsey Grahamnesty is the poster child for Bush League Republicans.
Voted THREE times for amnesty and now backs red flag laws.
Don’t let his McCain two-step fool you, he WILL be pushing for amnesty as soon as he is re-elected.
He has repeatedly said he will not stop trying to pass amnesty until he is removed from office.

Ok.....that has nothing to do with this story.
His flakiness in other areas aside, this man is one of the key reasons why Kavanaugh is on the SCOTUS not just as a vote, but as an impassioned advocate, and I can at least take him at his word that he means what the headlines stated.
Whether you like Graham or not ... he knows how to communicate and explain things without putting people to sleep. The MSM likes him and gets him on their shows. We need more people up there - hopefully a bit more conservative and solid - that can communicate well and get on these MSM media shows.
There is no new allegation.
I’m perfectly willing to give the new, improved Lindsey Graham a chance. This statement is one reason why.
People can change, although it’s often difficult.
But I look at my own political views over the years, and I notice that while I’ve always been a man of the right, my take on various issues has changed — but only when new facts come to light. This rarely bothers me — the one path to wisdom starts with acknowledging how much you don’t know.
So, I must extend to others the same indulgence I give myself.
“exposed himself” what does that mean? he took a whizz in the backyard?
How does he promise that? If the MORONS in the House want to impeach, they can do it. The Senate has no say in the matter whether the guy gets impeached.
Who hasn’t had other students grab their genitals and poke them at a woman? /s sounds legit.
