New Effort/Site to Throw our General MIchael Flynn's Prosecution, or Pardon him completely

A bunch of have started an effort to get General Michael Flynn free of the illegal and unconstitutional Prosecution he is suffering under.

It includes a site on Facebook that is instructive and interactive. It also will include a Nation Wide Petition that we are authoring right now.

INTRODUCTION:
This is a page, or better said, a set of pages, I, Jeff Head, am creating hopefully to help turn around a monstrous wrong. To right this wrong which should never have happened, but did happen because of corrupt, officials within our own Federal Governmental offices at the FBI, the Department of Justice, and I believe all the way to the top, meaning the executive office and the President at the time.

LIFE OF A PATRIOTIC YOUNG MAN:
There was a young man who was born and raised in Middletown, Rhode Island. He was one of nine siblings born to devout Roman Catholic parent of Irish descent who loved America and the opportunity it was giving them to raise their large family with the hope of those children being successful and being able to find and live the American dream. They simply wanted them to be able to live, have enough to eat, to meet sweethearts whom they could marry and raise families of their own who had the opportunity in "the land of the free" to create a better life for themselves, even better than what they were able to provide where Mom, named Francis worked in real estate, and Dad, named Charles was a small town banker.

This young man was raised to believe in God, and to thank Him for the opportunity their family had living in America, and to never forget the kindness, the opportunity, and the underpinnings of American society that tried to recognize everyone as having been created by God in Heaven as equals, with an equal opportunity, if they worked hard, followed God and His teachings, and engrained these principles into their lives, to be able to find success for themselves and their families.

This young man believed all of that and out of his desire to pay back the great country that his parent, he himself, and his siblings loved so much, he decided to join the armed services and protect the nation that he could see had many detractors and enemies, sadly, many of which lived in and were citizens of the country that was allowing he and his family to raise themselves up out of the sever conditions in Ireland that had led so many Irish to seek citizenship, through legal means...in the United States of America.

COLLEGE AND ROTC:
So, after he graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in management science in 1981 and was recognized as a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps there when he was 23 years old. He had worked hard, and he was dedicated. He did not feel that the United States "owed" him success, he knew however that the underlying principles provided him the opportunity to achieve success if he was willing to work and he recognized this as the greatness of America. Not that it would dole success out...because you simply cannot do that, it depends too much on the attitude, the hard work, and the commitment of each individual. The individual had to take the rich opportunity and turn it into something...and as he served the country, he was also committed to working hard, and making the most of himself.

JOINING THE MILITARY AND MORE EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
So, after college and after completing his ROTC, he joined the U.S. Army to serve his nation. And, while he went about his duties, he also signed up for every course that he could to qualify himself to serve more, to be a better servant, and to be successful.

That's why, over the following few years he was able to experience and accomplish all of the following:

· He earned a Master of Business Administration in Telecommunications from Golden Gate University.
· He earned Master of Military Art and Science from the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
· He earned a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
· He graduated from the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course.
· He attended and successfully graduated from the US Army Ranger School.
· He completed the Military Intelligence Officer Advanced Course
· He attended and successfully completed the Army Command and General Staff College.
· He attended and completed the School of Advanced Military Studies.
· He attended and completed the US Naval War College.

He did all of this while completing his assigned military tasks and duty stations. After being commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army upon completion of his ROTC training at the University of Rhode Island in 1981, he began his multiple duty stations while he was using every opportunity he could to improve himself and complete all of the education, training, and accomplishments named above. He served several tours of duty at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, in the 82nd Airborne Division, the XVIII Airborne Corps, and the Joint Operations Command. He deployed and served with the 25th Infantry Division during the military operations to American captives in Grenada and to help in operations to uphold freedom in Haiti. He then went on to serve with the 25th Infantry Division in Hawaii, and then served at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Ft. Polk, Louisiana, and then the Army Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca in Arizona.

MORE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS AND COMBAT:
He was being promoted as he accomplished all of this. He became the assistant chief of Staff, G2, with the XVIII Corps at Ft. Bragg, He became the Director of Intelligence at the Joint Task Force 180 in Afghanistan until 2002. He then commanded the 111th Military Intelligence Brigade from June 2002 until June 2004, and then was the Director of Intelligence for the Joint Special Operations Command from June 2004 until June 2007, while serving in both Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom) and Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom). He continued as the Director of the Joint Staff from 2008 through October 2010, particularly for the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan during this time.

In September 2011, he was promoted to Lieutenant General and assigned as assistant director of national intelligence in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

1ST NOMINATION BY A PRESIDENT AND MISGIVINGS:
On April 17, 2012, he was nominated by the President at the time, Barrack Obama, who himself held great antipathy towards the Unite States and its founding, and made no secret of it in his writing before becoming President (both of which books I read), to be the 18th director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He took command of the DIA in July 2012. He simultaneously became commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and chair of the Military Intelligence Board.

During this time, it became clear that as a result of his rapid rise, and a result of the things he not only saw in combat against terror, but what he saw as he led organizations dealing with terror, as this rising star and a person making such rapid and critical advancements, he came into opposition of people who felt differently and despised what he was saying. They became his enemies. He had been accused by several arm chair, Rear Echelon types that there was one set of facts for Flynn and another set for everyone else.

That is because Flynn was directly pointing out some of the failings of the Defense Intelligence Agency that he had co-directed, and then directed himself, and he was in the know. He believed conditions under Obama were making the United States, "as vulnerable, if not more so, than we were on 911."

Having served as he did, both in combat and as a leader, he was an individual who would be in the know, and who would make such direct statements, though the political, rear-echelon, arm chair types would be highly offended by such allegations, as would the White House who had instigated them. So they decided to go after Flynn.

I believe that particularly during the Obama years, such a point could easily be credible, and when you consider the Arabic Spring, Obama having the Muslim Brotherhood working in the White House "consulting with him"...imagine this, a US President removing a group from the Terrorist list and then asking that same group to "consult" with him on how to make the terrorists our friends!, the horrible atrocity of Benghazi, the betrayal of Egypt, and that list can go on and on.

No, Obama did not like what Flynn was saying, and as a result he was removed from his position.

2nd RECOGNITION BY A NEW PRESIDENT AND THE CABAL SEEKING TO BRING DOWN TRUMP:
In 2016, after the election of President Donald Trump, this man, General Michael Flynn was selected by Trump's as his National Security Advisor. Trump did believe him, and Trump saw in him an advisor who could help him realize his goals.

As he came into office, within a day or two, he had a discussion with his Russian counterpart, which was perfectly legal, but with the frenzy by the Democrats and their friend in the Media, the FBI, against all protocol and SOP, decided to question this conversation which they had already listened to. Later, the FBI Director, Comey would brag to the left wing media about what he did…and they would laugh about it. Being done before the President's inauguration they began putting this man, who had served his country outstandingly for 33 years, on numerous occasion under fire from the Caribbean to the Mid-East, he was selected for targeting by the cabal wanting to take the new President down because they felt if they could take his new National Security Advisor down, then they could climb right up next to Trump himself.

He was questioned first by two FBI personnel on his 3rd day of work about phone calls he made to this counterpart in Russia. Phone calls that the Agents had the recordings of. He was told it was routine and he did not need a lawyer, therefore denying him of his Miranda constitutional rights (which would occur again later). He indicated that he had said some things that were counter to what the phone calls asserted, but he may well have simply been mistaken. For it to be a lie that is actionable under criminal laws, it has to be proven that he intended to lie. This would go against everything that Flynn believed in and acted on during his sterling military career.

FBI Director Comey, who later told Flynn that everything was routine and he had nothing to worry about, then spun the answers from this man, General Michael Flynn, and then later, as stated, laughed about how he had led him astray to conduct more questioning to make it appeared as if though he was unsure, or that he may have doctored his testimony because of the way the questions were asked and the implicit threats that began surfacing about whether looks into his children’s businesses might be able to find, or produce illegalities in the literal mountain of IRS requirements they faced.

The form 303 that the FBI was required to fill out on his initial questioning by the first two FBI agents is now apparently missing. Those first two FBI agents however have stated themselves, and put it in that form, that they believed that Flynn did not lie...and they said so and documented it...that General Flynn was simply mistaken and not actually lying. This is critical evidence...and gues what? It has gone missing.

It was not until seven months later, when the Mueller investigation really got going that Mueller and Comey really set their sights on Flynn, and changed the narrative and allegation that he was lying. But somehow, the 303 form is still missing, and the only one these people seeking to illegally go after a duly elected president sent to Congress when requested, is one from a completely different person about a completely different matter. The original has still not been produced after almost three years!

In the meantime, Flynn was told again that it was routine and he did not need a lawyer…again denying him of his rights.

All of this makes it clear to me that they decided to go after Flynn even though those initial agents did not feel like he committed a crime at all. This did not matter to Comey, or Mueller, or the Cabal that was attempting to illegally frame and bring down a President and they intended to try and use Flynn to help make it happen.

And when they did go after Flynn, they threatened him, his family, and everything he held dear.

Flynn was not going to let his children take a fall, or allow the snide, bureaucrats and clearly dishonorable actions of the entire investigation to take down the President. He ultimately agreed to a plea bargain, a plea bargain they Comey and others had engineered to entrap him, and was worthless because of their illegal and unconstitutional actions in obtaining it.

Therein, because of their wording and their threats against his family if he did not follow their direction, he indicated he had shaded the truth to the special counsel and the then Vice-President elect, Vice President Pence, in exchange for lighter sentencing and promises not to go after his family. But, as stated, this plea bargain and admission was under false pretense and had happened in the absence of honoring his rights. It was a sham from the get go, and remains so until this day,

This is the way the opposite side, the progressively more and more leftists, socio-marxist Democratic party is willing to go to get anything on anyone associated with President Trump, who has taken the horrific mess Obama and Biden left this nation in, and has turned it around despite the abject hatred, opposition, and attempts to compromise him and anyone associated with him, including a true American hero, Michael Flynn.

PLEASE, PLEASE, everyone point their friends to these web page on Face Book and to the supporting pages that Hannity and Flynn's lawyer have produced, , and then use all the influence you can muster through your elected representatives, through friends in the military or the various Departments of government, and particularly through the Executive Office to seek the following:

EITHER THROW OUT THE ENTIRE PROSECUTION OF FLYNN, OR GRANT GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN A FULL AND COMPLETE PARDON!

Flynn has had to spend over five million dollars to date on his own legal defense. He has had to mortgage his house and dip deeply into his retirement to avoid abject, complete bankruptcy which still may occur. He is living with family in Rhode Island.

It is a shame that a man who believes so much in our Republic, and who has served her so well, should be put through this types of back curtain, shady, sleazy actions. It is unconscionable that a sitting FBI Director would so shamelessly lie to such a hero, and then laugh about what he had done in order to what amounts to entrap General Michael Flynn.

As a part of his plea agreement, Flynn is barred from speaking of these things. Before that deal became final he talked about how he had been entrapped, and then later after the deal, he went back on that statement, in my mind because they threatened to disallow the deal they had made and try and go for a much stiffer penalty over something that never happened. That the original filed agents believed never happened.

I believe they entrapped him, that they planned it, smirked and laughed after doing so, and wanted to get another step closer to the President. We all know how that turned out.

After spending over two years and untold millions of government money, with the full support of the DNC and the Media, they were unable to get this President. And the report of the "special" investigator makes this clear.

So, their efforts against Trump have back fired...but sadly, they has also left Flynn hanging out in the wind.

Again, please read this fully, and then pass it on to everyone you know who is supporting our President and the dramatic turnaround he has made, and have them contact their representatives, their families, their friends, and anyone they know in the military or government who is in a position to make a difference, or seek this outcome and ask President Trump to:

AGAIN PLEASE, PLEASE, EITHER THROW OUT HIS PROSCUTION COMPLETELY, OR GRANT GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN A FULL AND COMPLETE PARDON!

May God help us as individuals and as a nation…and may God help a true American hero, General Michael Flynn and have him set free to be back with his family and spend out a retirement, which he so richly deserves, in peace and contentment with his wife and children.

...also Google and read Sean Hannity's wealth of factual, true journalistic articles about this travesty, and General Flynn's :awyers, Sydney Powell's, many articles about her client's factual situation, including the unconstitutional denial of miranda rights, his entrapment, the loss of and denial of exculpatory information of the FBI 303 Form, etc.

To date we have the following written up for the petition, and it will be a petition that includes the name and zip code of each person who signs.

A career American serviceman, who worked hard for 33 years and rose through the ranks to become a Brigadier General, who has fought several times in combat and also been promoted to be in charge of our intelligence agencies to combat terrorism, and who has personally fought the terrorists, worked with our allies to help fight them and devise methodologies to fight them, and who was appointed by President Obama to be in charge of the Defense Intelligence Agency. But Obama thought he could maneuver Flynn into doing his bidding when everything his many years of experience told him that the nation was on the wrong path...and so he informed Obama that what he was doing was enabling the terrorists. Obama then removed him after he had discussions with Flynn and Flynn made it clear he was going to go public with what he was seeing.

When President Trump was elected he immediately appointed him to be his new National Security Advisor, because he had read Flynns views and agreed with them and felt he could help his administration formulate a winning strategy against terror.

But the allies of Obama, who were by that time on a full fledged mission to find anyway they could to get at Trump, and who already had a strong dislike for Flynn, got their ally, Director of the FBI Comey to send two agents to question him three days after he took the job, This violated all White House protocol by not working with the new Administration's White House Counsel, and the director of the FBI told the agents to violate these protocols because he felt it was too soon for them to have their full act together.

The agents question Flynn about a phone call he had with his Russian counterpart. They told him it was routine and he did not need a lawyer, thereby denying him of his constitutional miranda rights.

Later when these two agents filled out the required 303 form that documents their interview and gives their professional opinion, both agents wrote that Flynn did not lie, was not guilty, and that he had a few understandable lapses in specific points that would occur to anyone who was taken by such surprise and with no help in preparation.

Seven months later, the FBI Director and the Special Counsel decided they could entrap Flynn if the put the squeeze on hims.

So again, telling him he did not need a lawyer and denying him his rights once again, they began to play hard ball with him.

They indicated that they felt his son's business surely had some IRS violations they could find and unless he plea bargained and admitted to wrong doing they would go after his son.

In the mean time allies of the General in Congress and lawyers asked for the original 303 Form because the two agents has spoken out about their feelings that Flynn was not guilty.

Apparently that 303 Form is lost. They sent one...but it was a form for a completely different person and now for many months they simply have not responded by sending congressional representatives or Flynns lawyers the original 303 Form, thereby unconstitutionally denying him potential exculpatory evidence that they are require to turn over.

To avoid his family being attacked, Flynn ultimately agreed to a plea bargain, and after doing so he spoke out about how he had been entrapped.

FBI Director Comey then told him he could not speak about the deal or that He and his son would go to prison for the longest time he could get them on...so this honorable, patriotic, heroic American began working with his lawyer and ultimately has had to sell his house, take retirement money out, and avoid complete abject bankruptcy.

Director Comey was fired. Director Comey released secret documents to his friends in the press, and Director Comey has had interviews where he laughed about how he fooled General Flynn to catch him and get his plea bargain. He did so be denying him his constitutional miranda rights. The whole prosecution is based on unconstitutional actions.

This petition is simply meant to get the American people to rise in defense of this good American and demand three things.

1) Throw out the unconstitutional prosecution of General Michael Flynn completely.

2) Ask President Trump to completely pardon General Flynn because he was entrapped unconstitutionally by officials who took an oath to defend the constitution and bear true faith and allegiance to the same. They have not done so.

3) Begin an immediate criminal investigation of this unconstitutional prosecution and hold anyone who unconstitutionally entrapped General Flynn accountable before the law.

This is like the old days at FR where we were force to be reckoned with and could bring together tens of thousands of our own members and influence hundreds of thousands and more of our friends, neighbors, and relatives.

This is EXACTLY how we did it at places like Klamath Falls, Jarbidge Nevada, The 911 PN/Farcical Memorial we got turned around, the March for Justice, 912, and so many other things we were involved in.

We can do it again now and I plead with you all, on behalf of this American patriot and hero, to get involved at that level again.

Get your family, relatives, neighbors, friends, and others involved. Educate them. Send them to these sites. Have them join with us and then do the same thing themselves with their family, relatives, neighbors and friends. If we o, we will grow exponentially nad get hundreds and hundreds of thousands of names on this petition that we can then send to the Executive Office, the Justice Department, and Flynn’s legal team.

We can do it again now and I plead with you all, on behalf of this American patriot and hero, to get involved at that level again.

Justice MUST prevail.

Pence nailed him because he gave into a entrapment where they (Comey, Mueller, et all) were threatening his family. When Pece heard this he took it for granted that it was so. it was not. I believe Pence knows more now...Trump certainly does because they were trying to use Flynn to get at Trump and Flynn would not play that game. He needs our help, and I believe we can get enough people involved to help him.

Yes. We will hve it set up to go nation wide so anyone can sign it. We want them to sing up with their name and xip code so their signature is legally valid. We need hundreds of thousands...but we have gotten them before. We will just need Freepers en masse to get their family, friends, relative, neighbors and others involved and educate them so they can do the same to their circle of friends and so forth and so on. If we do, I believ the good Lord will help us right this wrong and ths travesty being orchestrated by some awful people who care not a whit for the constitution of the values that are its foundation...and who are only interested ni their own power. People like Comey are tyrants waiting to happen...in fact they are happening before our eyes.

You are welcome...as I read more about it and saw the implications...I knew we ALL had to rise up and stop this. If we do not start stopping these abject travesties, we will lose our Republic, and our kids and grandkids will have a much harder time getting it back. Now is the time.

Need to give this patriot a billion-dollar settlement for the wrongful prosecution and political persecution he and his family had to endure. Perhaps the DOJ can arrange a fair settlement after the charges are dropped.

But is there any way to do the petition outside of Facebook?

This genuine American here hero Michael Flynn should not be suffering through any of this all of it should be dismissed and he should be given millions of dollars for standing by the truth and his courage

As far as I’m concerned it would be better if the prosecution moved forward. The skeletons are beginning to emerge from the closet and Sydney Powell is going to drag every last bone out into the daylight. It’s just playing into the deepstate’s hands to have this dropped and all the exculpatory evidence swept back under the rug. A better strategy IMHO would be tho support Flynn financially, Roger Stone too.

Jeff, Powell is going to expose ALL the illegality surrounding doing what they did to Flynn. If he is pardoned, that info will never come OUT.
