Without it, murders who deserve to die are ON OUR DIME IN PRISON longer than the lives of judges,witnesses and jurors they outlive.

So basically five feet of rope could save us $75 grand a year and a whole lot of oxygen.
Not to mention that with all of these commie judges and politicians letting people go,you never know. They might release some of these evil bastards and bastardettes back into society. I feel its better to execute these people quickly after an expedited appeal. That insures they never kill again.
