I assume you know that a Chicago urban killing does not affect people the same way a mass killing affects people who like them are just going about their day bothering no one.

Sorry, I don't get that. Maybe you see some kind of big difference between a mom and her kids getting shot in Texas and a mom and her kids getting shot in Chicago. I am sure their families, friends, and neighbors are just as bereaved and upset in Chicago as they are in Texas.

Now it is possible that cynical leftists trying to disarm the American public think mass killings of white people, children, Hispanics or other groups will advance their cause, so they are reported and treated differently. And it is likely that the perpetrators of many of these mass shootings are doing so for their own twisted political reasons. We know that because they tell us so.

Because there is a lot of difference between 30 people getting shot in one instance and one person getting shot in one instance in urban Chicago. Most of the urban killings generally are a bad dude shooting another bad dude. Sometimes there are innocent bystanders but not usually.
