So indeed, this California law is unconstitutional, since it violates the 1st Amendment.

Aiding, Advising or Encouraging a Suicide (Penal Code 401 PC)

and ALL laws relating to conspiracy are also unconstitutional for the same reason.

That is precisely what this tyrant in a black rob is telling us.

Encourage someone to break into their neighbors house. Tell them the best time of day to do it. Explain to them the best method to do it.

And when that person does commit the burglary, you will not be subject to accessory to burglary charges because all you need to do now is claim a 1st amendment right.
