Baloney.....you can create policy and expect people to carry it out when they don’t they are the responsible party. Further if you think bureaucrats are going to operate according to what you believe then you’re not being rational....we never have the facts. They do and will always present those according to ‘whole picture’ of what they will determine.....regardless if you or I like the outcome....they operate on anther plain then the average citizen and the stakes are much higher and in a broader field of who it affects and what is exposed..... In case you haven’t noticed the entire country is off the rail as for accountability and has been for decades....it’s been who ‘wins’ the cases not who is guilty or not , therefore Justice is seldom seen or heard.
