These days, the value of Iceland is perhaps 4 orders of magnitude greater than Greenland. If ever there was good time in recent history to buy Iceland, it would have been in 2008 after their financial banking debacle where some turds destroyed their economy. But now, they've recovered. Geothermal RULES! They have a blooming energy business, and tons of related side businesses. Frinstance', they actually are exporters of Strawberries!
In contrast, there is not much development at all in Greenland. It's all just potential... huge, but only potential.
(thoroughly enjoyed a week in Iceland earlier this year; only flew over Greenland on the way)
