How many mass shooters had sealed juvenile police records?
An adult’s sealed juvenile record is not considered when a gun purchase background check is performed.
Nor, apparently, are juvenile shrink/mental health referrals looked into.
Many of these shooters should have been locked away long before they committed their evil act!
