Miami media tried to HYPE some local "citizens" who are gun grabbers...they were working hand in hand to stop a GUN SHOW in Pembroke Pines near Fort Lauderdale.
Even the usually left wing Sun Sentinel is admitting the gun grabbers FAILED.

Ft. Lauderdale is doing its damndest to shut down the decades old gun show downtown. They’re pulling out every dirty trick they can think of, financially, records, whatever. I’m not sure if it still goes on due to my being broke, but if the war memorial gun show ceases to exist the lefties won in Ft. Lauderdale.

Activist Barbara Markley was among those who successfully lobbied to end the decades of gun shows at War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale. Her focus has shifted to Pembroke Pines.

Does it ever occur to these protesters that if guns and gun owners were as dangerous and unhinged as they’re constantly accusing them of, the protests would be putting their lives at risk? To the contrary, people attracted to gun shows are safer to confront than college students or the antifa maniacs.
Chance are if you took those protesters into custody and did background checks on them, you’d save yourself several mass shootings down the road.

My Wife and I are re-doing our CCW classes that day.
It’s a requirement if the license is nearing the ten-year mark.
I made the appointment for the class a week before the Garlic Festival murders.
Since that time, the size of the CCW class jumped from around a dozen to about 65 students.
People aren’t going to put up with more gun control.

Yep...I live here too. But spend a lot of 5-6 outside the country. Broward has more vile scum than the rest of the country combined. Watch them re-elect Scott Israel.
