Statutes aside, that sounds more like a willing participant than a victim.

If she was underage then it doesn’t matter, even if they set her up with a fat bank account, a beach house in Malibu, and a shiny new G-wagon.
If they were underage, they can’t be a willing participant. That’s what “age of consent” means.

We all know you’re cracking a joke, but, these days, that may not be a joke you want to make. It’s like when Trump cracked his joke during the debates about having the Russians find Hillary’s emails. All sane people recognized good humor, but the insane, humorless leftists thought he was being serious and went after him.
