Absolutely NOT. I’m trying to figure out why he is calling it a Federal problem now that he has made an absolute mess in our beautiful city!

Divert all Federal funding that the state presently gets and use it to clean up the s%it hole cities. Let the rats complain about that.
AUDIT!!!!!! Select a city and audit their books for what was done with the federal funding. If anything sends up a red flag, funding will cease until the books are corrected. If anyone is brought up on charges of fraud, they spend the next 20 years in federal prison.
