Rep. Elijah Cummings’ Baltimore home was broken into over the weekend, police and a report said Thursday.
The burglary took place Saturday around 3:40 a.m. at the house in the 200 block of Madison Avenue, a Baltimore Police Department spokeswoman said.

Cummings' security camera was able to capture this image of the intruder, but, unfortunately (as you can see), it only shows the intruder from the rear, so he wasn't identifiable.

Not a nice neighborhood. Not nearly as nice as the waterfront, but it's much nicer than most of Baltimore. It's safe because of the college and businesses around there. There's a giant sucking sound of money going to prop up the neighborhood as the decay and criminals surround it.
