The 40% are his voters who agree with him.
Apparently the new President of Somalia is more in line with Siad Barre and has even hired Barre’s son in law..as well as Omar’s brother in law.
I vote for her to go back to Somalia.She is very very dangerous. She can’t be trusted on the Foreign Intelligence Committee.
