Fans of Netflix's Stranger Things might remember Erica Sinclair (Priah Ferguson), Lucas' (Caleb McLaughlin) little sister who stole the show in season two. She's back in season three, released July 4, and an absolute American hero. Not only does she join the team to save the world from the Russians, she makes sure everyone understands that it's all about capitalism versus communism.
Stranger Things is a sci-fi show set in the 1980s in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana. In previous seasons, the main group of kids (along with one mom and the local police chief) have fought monsters and a secret government laboratory to make the town safe.

Okay, I might have to watch this.
It’s a little far fetched but it’s “entertainment”. That episode caught me off guard in a pleasant way.
One of my all time favorites.
It is well worth the time investment to watch all 3 seasons on Net Flix.
Even if Sci Fi is not your first choice for entertainment, the show is just so well done, anyone would enjoy it IMO.
Every aspect of it is way above the what passes for movies these days- the acting, camera work, sets (they capture the late 70's-80's perfectly) music, exc..
It’s actually Freedom versus Communism.
Tagline...
Bkmrk.
Best part of the entire season! She was awesome!
Hmmm, something new that’s decent to watch. It’s rare these days.
Especially with the Obama’s as content advisers. But with the Stranger Things, you get things like “How they see us” a - liberal, disjointed, anti-police, fictional account of what happened with the New York 5.
The 3rd season ended poorly....ran out of steam, lots of dilatory waffling dialogue, and as a big downer one of the female characters turns out to be a Lesbian.
Well, it only took 3 seasons to get there. Which for nutzflix seems like a long time.
Hah! No spoilers please...
The wife and I started S3E1...felt kind of lost because it had been awhile since finishing S2...so we’re re-watching S2 before moving on to S3. I hate getting old.
surprising take there - my impression was bad acting all around in “little rascals detect some science too big for anyone to control”
It's a fun show, overall. But this year, they had dialogue that implies Will may be homosexual, and came right out and had a scene that had a new character come out as a lesbian. They also had the Trump/Russia collusion theme in there with the mayor's storyline.
With a little luck, she might become a speaker at the next CPAC and a GOP member of the US House before she is thirty.
Geez
Watching the series premiere right now.
Regardless of the premise:
Adults are idiots - Check (been going on forever but is standard now)
#11 is a girl but you can’t tell initially - Check (LGBT - gender fluid)
Cussing children that look like little adults - Check
Evil scientist is white on white - Check (Almost Aryan looking)
Missing kid, brother and mom look too close together in age - Check (middle America have kids when they’re 14)
We’ll watch another episode or two but so far .....
Commiewood
