At this point, i'm ready for the government to go into direct competition with google.
One way or the other, control of speech needs to be destroyed, and if it takes government getting into direct competition with the would be censors of American speech, then so be it.
So how about it Semimojo? When the government is providing the exact same service that Youtube used to do, but without censorship to the public, is that "censorship" or "regulation" as you often suggest would be any effort to control these big corporation censors?
It wouldn't be censorship and it wouldn't impinge in Google's 1st Amendment rights so from that point of view I wouldn't have a problem.
Of course none of these "free speech" advocates would take advantage of the platform because they couldn't make money off of it.
