California's Gov. Gavin Newsom puts out a video for illegals on how to obstruct ICE
Hotair ^ | 06/24/2019 | Monica Showalter

I thought it was satire, something cooked up by his political enemies.

You couldn't put out a less attractive video than the one Gavin Newsom did for illegal aliens on Twitter, advising them himself on how to obstruct ICE from any deportation maneuvers.  And sure enough, he wasn't hacked — it really was blue-checked he.

Leave aside the fact that he's the governor of a U.S. state, supposedly there to represent the interests of that state's citizens rather than those of the foreigners who come here without papers, quite illegally, and run up the tab using his state's services.  They're his constituents, too, now, in fact, the ones whose interests he chooses to represent over those of the voters (oh, wait...).  He's acting as Their Lawyer now, advising them how to thwart ICE like some National Lawyers Guild activist in how to obstruct the feds legally.

It's also insulting to voters.  Newsom cited Proposition 187 in the 1990s as something "we've been through before," as if to say voters never approved this measure to keep illegals from using "free" U.S. services until it was overturned by the courts.  And more creepy still, he cites the "three strikes" law, as if to acknowledge that illegals commit quite a few crimes while they are here sopping up the services.  It's also well out of the realm of reality, given that voters polled say they aren't happy with his handing out of free health care to the foreign population here illegally in a bid to incentivize more to come.

I was under the impression that “accessory before the fact” was known as “conspiracy”.

The SOB should be arrested by federal marshals, taken to a detention center, thoroughly searched, and locked in a jail cell.

At what point does this become a felony?

“conspiracy” to invalidate California state citizens votes...conspiracy to create “hideouts” =sanctuary cities where alien felons can escape arrest and prosecution....just for starters...

CA is a Mexican colony.

Couldn’t have better evidence than the Gov. helping fraudulently documented foreigners evade arrest.

All of these smart-arsed politicians need to be arrested for aiding and abetting lawbreakers, and I’m serious, because that’s exactly what they’re doing, breaking the law and aiding those who break the law. Sanctuary cities, taxpayer-funded benefits to illegals that many of those same taxpayers could never get, etc. But especially the sanctuary cities. That’s a clear cut instance of breaking the law, and the President needs to have the proper federal authority round them up and arrest them, like the criminals they literally are.

I don’t want to break any laws, but I would NOT get the wink and nod that these illegals and their abettors get if I did. They openly break the law with absolute impunity, and nothing happens to them, then they proceed to give away American tax dollars to the illegals. I don’t know why more “normal”, patriotic Americans-the kind who voted for President Trump-aren’t up in arms over this.

California is a third world shi! hole. It is spiraling down at a rate that there soon will be no hope keeping it as a State. Only hope is for the DOJ to go after Newsom.

Doesn’t that make him an accessory in law breaking?

If we bankers instruct customers on how to structure currency transactions to avoid current transaction reporting on them, we are guilty of a crime.

Why is Gavin Newsome not already guilty of a crime???

Newsome appears to me to be an America-hating mega-scumbag . . . just like most of the rest of the pols in today’s national Democrat Party . . . errr Democratic Socialist Party . . . errr Commie Rat Party. . . .

Hmmm, conspiracy to aid and abet criminals under a judicial order. Maybe they should arrest him.

And these illegals don’t come to this country like most legal immigrants, at least in days of yore, with gratitude in their hearts for the privilege, not right, of being allowed into this country. Instead they act as if they have every right in the world to illegally invade our country, and some even have the nerve to sue our government for not allowing them in! You couldn’t dream this up! It would NOT be that difficult to stop them, and to tell them in no uncertain terms that they have no right to enter a sovereign country, and for that matter it would NOT be that difficult to deport, permanently, the ones who have entered illegally, and their chirruns too-wouldn’t want to cruelty separate any families, you know-it would NOT be that hard, if we were serious about doing it. President Eisenhower managed to do so, with “Operation Wetback”, and this was before we had all the technology we have now. If the sanctuary city mayors and the illegal supporters don’t like it and protest, let them. Require every one of them to personally sponsor an illegal family, to be chosen by lottery so that they don’t all choose an educated single immigrant, and wind up with the single mom with 21 kids. If they believe in it so fervently, let them legally sponsor a few, and house and feed them on their own dime.

There are a LOT of mayors, and a few governors, who should be arrested this very day, cuffed and all, for breaking our immigration laws. The case would be open and shut, because out of their own mouths they have boasted of breaking the law. Immigration laws are no less law than laws against theft and murder, and the lawbreakers, self-admitted, should be arrested just the same.

Check the precinct list of registered voters where these people resided. If they’re on that list, Federal crime, charge them and those that enabled this
Delay gives pervocrats time to clean up voter lists and remove illegals names from. Election fraud is what also should be looked at before kicking them out
