If there is no doubt the man he killed was not a civilian then this is a complete miscarriage of justice... If however he was a civilian, then it is not.

The question is, what is the real story? If the evidence is that it is the prior, then a pardon should be swift, and those who railroaded him should be put in jail. However, if it does not, then it is what it is.

Just because an article claims innocence, doesn’t mean that is the case. I don’t know enough about this case to know what is true. Someone should be able to review this.

Military cases are reviewed repeatedly, before filing charges, at trial, after trial, on appeal, after all appeals. There are so many reviews of the facts it is ridiculous.

The article is totally one sided. As you can see no commander that preferred the charges is quoted, no witness who testified is quoted, no prosecutor who presented evidence is quoted, no appeals judges are quoted, in fact no one but the defendants advocates are quoted.

In other words this is just propaganda. Nothing more. Period.
