Earlier this week, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) reintroduced the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act, which was previously introduced in the 113th Congress (2013-2015). The two-page bill would repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA). If passed, it would open the floodgates of litigation targeting the firearms industry, as was the case prior to its passage.

Schiff and Blumenthal are enemies of the USA. Hopefully we have enough patriots to counterbalance the Marxists within our borders. We’re getting too close to the brink for my liking.

The American people were stupid enough to return control of the House to the Dems— they will keep trying until one day it passes.

Amazing opportunity for the Republicans. Press conference saying that they have almost unanimous support for the bill, but only if they can add addendum.

Addendum....

Change the name to: Repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce Act

All suits against gun manufacturer’s, CAR COMPANIES, AUTO MANUFACTURER’s, UAW Union Workers for putting the cars together and the Union itself for allowing the Union Worker to work, CAR DEALERSHIPS(for selling the car), AUTO MECHANICS(for having worked on the cars), TOOL COMPANIES, HOME DEPOT, LOWES, ACE HARDWARE, TRUE VALUE, SEARS, AMAZON, LIQUOR AND BEER PRODUCERS-IMPORTERS-DISTRIBUTORS-POINT OF RETAIL SALE, DICK’s, ACADEMY(or any other sporting goods store that sells bats), DOCTORS-DRUG COMPANIES-PHARMACIES-HOSPITALS- the AMA...if I forgot any, feel free to add.

WHY? Well when the Dem’s start talking about how insane this is, the Republicans get to point out the list that shows where homicide by gun is on the list of leading causes of death. When it is shown that it is not near the top, they can point to the hypocrisy of the Dem’s to show that they like to cherry pick their cause.

Yes, I wonder at the necessity of posting these examples of the RATs “pi$$ing into the wind” legislation. All this breathless diatribe about what the new law will cause to happen, when everyone knows there is zero chance for the next six years or so.
