You know what is odd? when the sunsets in Tx, and rises on Iraq, Iran, the shortwave radio comes in like a hose.
Boom! Teheran! Boom Baghdad!
All propaganda of course
Dunno whats going on with Trump and Teheran, but it did not start today
The first Tonkin attack was real. The second was not.
And the NAVY told LBJ that.
We are no longer a righteous nation.
God will not aide our soldiers.
I joined the service in 1979 under Carter, not sure what I was gonna accomplish against Kohmeni, But I was gonna try.
They whipped us up real good, Then Ronald Magnus Stomped them in a day.
Sorry, but 28 years of Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obama have taught me that the deep state will do anything to keep the war machine trucking along. This could easily be a CIA type attack. What makes me think that this wasn’t from Iran is that the attacks have all been weak and meant to only disable a ship, not sink it.
God aids us all
These are different times. Iran is about to go nuclear. That is an automatic death sentence for a lot of people.
Just curious: Can someone point out the Iranian flag flying on the boat that cruised up to the tanker in broad daylight to remove a mine? I can’t see it.
Iranian ships & boats always fly their flag. Someone explain why they didn’t in this case, in a ‘daring’ broad daylight retrieval of a generic mine which could have been attributed to ANYONE...
Smell test: Fail.
Iran, NK, and Venezuela have been in league forever.
Many bad actors.
Chavez would have loved missiles in our backyard.
Did I just smell sulfur?
It’s an oil tanker, no?
Who is Capt Bill Urban?
I don’t know him from Jonah
How did they know “how” to remove an activated mine, or was it a purposely “deactivated mine” to make them (the Iranians) look like brave heroes saving the ship from a dastardly limpet mine?
(Calling Mr. Limpet - Don Knotts).
Limpet mines are usually put onto a ship by frogmen (UDT). Some were designed to float and them attach magnetically when they hit metal (i.e. a ship). This looks like a possible combination of both approaches.
Notice that the Iranians didn’t give anyone the mine to examine for manufacturing origins. Sort of like Hillary refusing to give her private server to the FBI to check.
Coincidence? In both cases, I doubt it.
#20. You got it. “Wouldn’t be good theater would it”?
Who do these Iranians think they are, Oliver Stone?
The first No. Vietnamese attack in the Gulf of Tonkin was real. Hanoi admitted it and even featured a torpedo in their War Museum in Hanoi like the ones used in that attack.
The torpedo and its sign was photographed by Prof. Ed. Moise, a leftist liberal, during one of his trips to No. Vietnam. After he published it, they took the exhibit down.
There are some real questions as to whether there was a second attack, or just radar imaging problems. I think LBJ screwed up on that one and the rest is history.
Meaning if they wanted to set it on fire, that is...
Navy personal know what happens if they get caught lying in this situation. Hard core justice. They would only lie if ordered by the President, IMHO. So this has to be taken seriously for now.
*** See the photos of the unexploded mine and the video of the Iranians removing it. ***
If we have the capability to see an individuals face from satellites, why is this video more like a garage sale camcorder? Lines, instead of pixilating on the switched shots?
I thought Maj Scott M Betts had rebuilt the dvids360 hub from the ground up.
