Ebola is the New Normal.
The laws were well intentioned and date from a time when the occasional defector managed to escape from a communist country and requested asylum. Maybe they were Russians visiting for some kind of sports or art performance. Or Polish shipmates who jumped overboard at a US port.
They never envisioned the abuse of those laws that is now occurring.
I don't think the democrats are doing themselves any favors choosing illegal immigration as the hill to die on.
There was a time when I thought Trump would stop this, but not anymore.
At this point, Trump is just as complicit in this flood as are the Democrats - and that complicity is because he has completely and utterly failed to take the one course of action that is most likely to end this mess.
The daily flood of illegals into this country is worse than it ever was under Obama or Shrub.......and it is being done openly and brazenly all while President Trump allows government agencies to dump these disease ridden criminal invaders into our communities by the tens of thousands in the dead of night. Low level functionaries in various Executive Branch Departments routinely thumb their nose at official WH policy - and nothing is done to stop it - no firings, no heads rolling....silence. See the the recent IBWC actions forcing the private wall build in Sunland Springs NM to keep it’s gates open as just one of many examples.
So far everything he has done has only made the flood worse. Family separations, remain in Mexico.....the list goes on, yet every day they flood in by the thousands in single spots at a time - in broad daylight.
The last time the lawlessness on the US-Mexico border got anywhere near this bad, Pershing had to take the Army on the Punitive Expedition into Mexico to put it to an end.
President Trump could have ended this long ago - all he would have had to done would have been to declare it has a HOSTILE FOREIGN INVASION and an Act of War against the USA - and then use the might of the US Military (who would have gladly obeyed the orders). In doing so, he could have used President Lincoln’s actions during the Civil War as a precedent to limit the ability of disloyal members of Congress and activist Judges to attempt to thwart what has to be done.
I suspect President Trump is quickly running out of time before the last option given to us by our Founding Fathers becomes necessary to save our Republic and Liberty: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.....But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
Trump was given a chance, and so far is failing MISERABLY.
Ebola brings America down to third world level, as planned. Big Government can then go “heal the sick”.

As I said in my earlier post - Trump is just as complicit in this as are the Democrats - because he has FAILED to take the concrete, hard actions that are necessary to stop this mess.
Declare the situation on the Border as a Hostile Invasion and use the military to stop it
Declare Soros and his organizations as Hostile Foreign Entities and shut them down with the full might of the US Government
Declare Antifa and other Leftist organizations as Terrorists and use the full might of the US Government to stop them.

If Trump declared it a war action, doesn’t the war powers act limit him

We need a Congressional investigation into who paid for these “migrants” to get to our border.
