Too many similarities in speach, manmerisms, etc. Not universal, but enough to suggest it.
Like speaking Spanish.
More seriously, Twin studies prove pretty conclusively, that at most there might be a 10% predilection from genetic causes - and there may well be environmental causes which explain much or all of that.
