A violation of his human rights should be sufficient to warrant that. There was no cause for him to spend all that time in isolation. There’s no just cause for him to be sent to Riker’s island.
This is over the top hardball tactics, directed once again at completing the coup against Trump.
I do believe there are grounds to prosecute people who are foisting this punishment off on him.

At the very least, he should be moved back to a minimum security facility at once. (not sure if he was in one prior to this, but the premise stands)
