This should be unconstitutional as it can disenfranchise a state’s voters that won that state.

Another example that leftists, by whatever name, reject the Constitution.

Well, it is:

Article 1, Section 10:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Well if a Dem wins presidentcy by this method, it would have to go to SC because they will be no standing until after the fact. I can’t see Repubs not certifying a Dem President if they win. SC won’t want to reverse a sitting Presidential win so they will refuse to hear the case.

This is where this is going.
