Luke Rosiak (@lukerosiak) is an investigative reporter for the Daily Caller News Foundation where he broke arguably one of the biggest scandals in the history of the federal government — one the media refused to cover and the prosecutors refused to prosecute.
This is the story of Awangate, which proved no match for Russiagate — but should have on its merits.

Ben Weingarten: Luke, how powerful were Imran Awan and his family and associates on Capitol Hill, and how did they amass such power?
Luke Rosiak: Well, they worked for 20 percent of House Democrats including the head of the DNC [Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz [D-FL]], the Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, the House Democratic Caucus, a lot of important groups, and they had access to all their data. And basically, the members of Congress agreed to put “no-show” workers on the payroll on their behalf, which is a huge violation of the rules.
And they were downright afraid of these guys.
So this is an issue of apparent blackmail in the House of Representatives from IT guys, who… Have close ties to Pakistan, who were spending significant portions of the year over in Pakistan who had ties to Hezbollah and Pakistani intel. This is one of the biggest national security breaches in our history and members of Congress who are still in office, are deeply, deeply afraid of these people.
And when you think back to that video that some people may have seen where Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is threatening the Capitol Police, and you can kinda see the fear on her face, that’s the fear, that I sensed from all kinds of Democrats over the two years of my investigation into this case.
Awangate and Uranium One needs to be busted wide open. But like everything else the Rats must have a lot of dirt on a lot of people. Blackmail.
Biggest foreign spy scandal in history. House Dems invited them right into our government and let them take control of the entire House computer system.

Sadly, the lengths they traveled in the attempt to install Hillary to the Presidency suggests they had more in mind than just “protecting the Democrats”.
The Awan scandal, the HRC email scandal, the Clinton Foundation all have the stench of financial corruption around them. Yet the intel agencies worked to whitewash them and cover them up, giving fealty to the person holding the purse strings.
Are we to believe it was done for party loyalty, not for personal profit?
Are you sure of that? I'm not being entirely sarcastic either. Hillary's mishandling of SAP programs and letting the DNC and State Department computers open to attack is on par with the Awan Brothers.
Worse part is the democrats and the media could care less. They have compromised national Security. Treason.

The reason the corrupt press - New York Times and Washington Post - didn't looked into this was because democrats send top editors like Tracy Grant 'packets of stories' - and democrats have NOT included this one... don’t know if barak hussein bin soetoro ever gave a speech in pakistan, but it has been reported that he made a trip to karachi with college friend Wahid Hamid after graduation from Occidental College.
Barry stayed with family of another Paki friend, Mohammaed Hasan Chandoo on that pilgrimage.
Barack also had a host of other Paki friends while in college: Roomie +, Soahle “Sadik” Siddiqi; another Paki roomate was Imad Husain.
