Going from New Jersey to Texas is as much a culture shock as the US has to offer. I know, having gone the other way once.

Illinois did this already. I expect FL and TX will get a great many of Illinois’ millionaires soon.

I’m down to 610 days myself. I am literally counting the minutes.

We could use a few more millionaires here in Florida.

And maybe a few could get lost, or their limo breakdown and pay a few bucks to Illinois?

Nevermind, we would need millions of millionaires, and the state would just piss more away.

help pump more money into education, transportation public-worker pensions and property taxes.

So how does a millionaires tax pump money into property taxes?

So sad...very ex Joisian here...best thing about the state ended years and years ago. Only thing worth having there is salt water tabby and subs.

Getter more insane by the minute. I knew he was a lunatic when he was just a representative or mafia buttboy. Now he’s proving it every day.

Way to go Jersey.

I’ll take a “Jersey Devil” or “Pinie” over crazy Chris any day.

Congrats. Some old friends from high school in San Diego (Class of 73) made the big exit to a new home in Texas. Their "stuff arrived yesterday. The big unpack is underway. A beautiful house in TX.

Total liberal jackass. Good luck to the fools who voted for this fool.

How about good luck to those of us who didn’t vote for the jerk but must remain here for any number of reasons.

I’m happy for you that you COULD make it out. It’s not so easy for some of us because of family, etc.

It should’ve basically been about what the second film was about, making android duplicates of world leaders (political, business, et al) so that Delos Corp. could control them. The non-linear storyline is a mess and confusing as hell (though done to “surprise” the audience), and I have no idea where they intend to take the show in a 3rd season.

If they were intending to make the androids look better than humans, which seemed to be the direction they were going in season one, they summarily failed in season two and made them look far worse than any of the humans.

The $40,000/year figure is simply a rare example of liberal honesty. It's one of those numbers where they think nobody needs to make any more than that when "children are starving."

Next year, in typical Communist fashion, the figure will be $30,000. :)
