Since booze isn’t good for people, let’s add mj which also isn’t good for people so even more people can be drugged up, stupid and crazy. Many violent crimes, the majority, are by people on drugs.

Any medicinal benefits from mj are from products made from it, not mj itself.

Pushing drugs is not a good thing. I live in a state that legalized it and it’s caused harm. More teenagers and young people using, more anyone using because now it’s legal, more car accidents, more crime and more illegal grows. I’ve detailed this on other threads. Colorado, same thing. CA, same thing. Another lie was that if mj was legalized, there would be less use of the “harder” drugs like meth and heroin. Another lie. When mj is legalized, the use of all drugs goes up. More druggies, more crime, more losers, more homeless.

MJ is a dangerous drug and people should not be encouraged to use it by legalizing it.

Human civilization does not prosper when huge numbers of the population are drugged out. Or drunk.

Actually according to a study I read by the Justice Department, The US Bureau of Prisons and the FBI, fully 65% of the people in prison for violent felonies, murder, manslaughter, armed robbery, sexual assault were drunk at the time they committed their crimes. I agree all drugs are harmful. However human behavior, sober or not is the most harmful . I never was, am not and never will be a prohibitionist when it comes to weed or alcohol.

Only 1 guy has ever lived a perfect life, you yourself admit you have not and yet you want to ‘fix’ the people as if they are the problem rather than a growing governmental leviathan!

No one ever died from marijuana withdrawal. Withdrawal, not medically supervised is the most lethal form of withdrawal there is. I’ve sen people almost die from it once in a rehab I was in. I’m 29 years sober off the booze and drugs. How long you been sober? As it is right now drug dealers don’t ask kids for ID, do they? And don’t ever throw me in with George Soros. Marijuana is not without side effects. But they’re nothing compared to alcohol. I was in a rehab with a guy who was literally going to trade his 12 year old daughter to somebody for a case of beer. The only thing that stopped him was as he was getting the beer a guy he knew from high school and who was in AA happened by. That
guy had what we call a spiritual awakening and went to AA.

I got nothing against you friend, I don’t even know you but I believe marijuana should be legal and an age limit of 21 for it use. Marijuana is a commodity . that means money. When you have a problem with money , you get control of the money. get control of the money and you get control of the money. Enough said. I’ll end it on that note. Peace.
