MLK tapes: Secret FBI recordings-Martin Luther King of watching/laughing as rape happened-40 affairs
The Daily Mail ^ | 26 May 2019 | Jack Newman

Secret FBI tapes that accuse Martin Luther King Jr of having extramarital affairs with '40 to 45 women' and even claim he 'looked on and laughed' as a pastor friend raped a parishioner, exist an author has claimed. The civil rights hero was also heard allegedly joking he was the founder of the 'International Association for the Advancement of P***y-Eaters'.

The shocking files could lead to a 'painful historical reckoning' for the man who is celebrated across the world for his campaign against racial injustice, according to one biographer. The FBI surveillance tapes detailing his indiscretions are being held in a vault at the U.S. National Archives and are not due for release until 2027. But David Garrow, a biographer of King who won a Pulitzer Prize for his 1987 book Bearing the Cross about the Baptist minister, has unearthed the FBI summaries of the various incidents.

In an article to be published in Standpoint, Garrow tells how the FBI planted transmitters in two lamps in hotel rooms booked by King in January 1964, according to The Sunday Times.

Nixon, now and forever ....

More than 2,200 hours of tape recordings from the Nixon White House now are available

Dig it. The heirs of Warren G Harding have managed to keep his personal papers unavailable.

“The Harding-Phillips love letters remain under an Ohio court protective order that expires in 2023, 100 years after Harding’s death, after which the content of the letters may be published or reviewed.”

Poor Nixon. He’s online but Harding’s not dead enough.

we’ll see how far this story goes in the US MSM,

Bwahahaha! If God didn’t want Americans to hear the
truth sometimes, he wouldn’t have given us the British press.

MLK won the war that has since been lost by zealots.

By harping on nonexistent and never achievable equality, the leaders of the fictitious Black Community have actually destroyed their race. The result of their corruption has been the development of festering feral enclaves.

Rather than progress, the urban black enclaves have devolved into the Aricanized wilds. Deetroit and Baltimore are the poster cities but Philadelphia and Newark and perhaps Wilmington are on the same course.

They sealed the tapes, and then forced through a national holiday - against the wishes of the American people.

He was the official biographer and who had to credentials to secure docs through FOIA if he wanted to. The sealed tapes are nothing new, asking why probably led him to the FBI docs.

Agreed and I didn’t even know the part about communist.

The more that is found about him the more of a disgrace he is.

He loved him some prostitutes too.

I could even live with an even keeled representation of his life.

but that will never happen.

evil, disgusting racism in the 50s & 60s.

Yeah, that segregation, with its black neighborhoods, black-owned businesses, well-attended black schools,
and negligible crime rate was so bad, blacks today
are resegregating voluntarily. See black only graduation ceremonies for a starter.

Information is already available proving John Lewis has been involved sexually with an undetermined number of women.

Tear down his monument in the mall. Eliminate MLK day. Rename the streets named after him in all the cities. #MeToo

It has appeared through history that great people had sexual perversions and secrets. Sometimes I wish we didn’t have to know them.

Yes, I do think we need in general to understand that even good people can have major flaws. And we need to de-pedestal the ones who engaged in crimes (sounds like MLK might be one of these). We need to know most truths. We want the truth and we need to be able to HANDLE the truth.

This is just personal desire, because I am fascinated by mental health, but I also revere privacy: I don’t need to know sexual details about great people in the past, from their kinks or organs or orientations. But yes, if they were secretly committing crimes or clearly harming people, I’d like to weigh their good deeds against that and stop any admiration.

Bill Cosby is a good example. His good comedy is forever tarnished in my mind because THERE ARE FUNNIER MEN WHO DIDNT NEED TO DRUG AND RAPE WOMEN. So his work is trash to me now that I know. Tim Conway who passed recently didn’t have to do any of that, and was far funnier. Bill Cosby was a blight on the planet no matter how funny he might have been. Sum total is a negative for him. He had a choice of life and he chose to be a serial rapist.

So MLK may not make it through this revelation either. Some amazing speeches, bravery to fight for human rights, but if he’s involved in cruel rapes...

You are of the age of the “Gentleman Loser”, and I dont mean that in a disparaging way. You believe in playing by the rules and being fair.

You've got me all wrong. I think trashing MLK is a stupid move strategically for conservatives.

My point is this -- MLK's message - that we should judge people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character - is a conservative message today, and is a perfect weapon to use against the leftists and Social Justice Warriors. His opposition to segregation in all forms stands in direct opposition to the leftists now pushing for black-only graduations, etc..

For Republicans to push those messages of MLK is hoisting leftists on their own petard. It forces them to distance themselves from and even to trash MLK. It is a weapon that can help drive an even bigger wedge between racist progressives and many blacks who are starting to question their allegiance to the Democrat party. Trump made significant inroads among black males, and is continuing to do so as the economy improves.

How does trashing MLK help us with any of that? It's handing the leftists a weapon that should be our own: "See, those evil conservatives even trash a guy who urged color-blindness and peaceful opposition. They're clearly interested in neither, so any black people considering supporting Trump should see them for the racists they are."

We're shooting ourselves in the foot by attacking MLK.

Something to consider is that the left has basically turned on MLK. They reject his idea of ~content of character~ mattering more than skin color. They want factionalized racial politics and MLK’s message conflicts with that. I could imagine many on the left delighting in seeing his reputation destroyed, because it would also mean the destruction of his idea.

You're exactly right. MLK's message on race-relations is now our message, and trashing him is trashing a guy whose speeches on race should be one of our most effective tools to expose the race-baiters.

Maybe because some of us think he was a communist trying to make America a communist country and he promoted that agenda. The truth is the truth no matter where it goes.

But nobody quotes or remembers him for any socialist beliefs -- the left themselves buried that. What people remember him for -- the reason he is seared into the national memory -- is what he said about race and treating people in a color-blind manner. That's what people remember, and that's what's being trashed when you trash him.

We ought to be quoting his statements on race 24/7, and jamming it down the throats of the leftists at every opportunity.

I will add that this would be a 2fer or even a 3fer for the leftist deep state.

— creates noise and distraction at a time when people should have their eye on the ball

— implies a linkage between release of intel and racism

— destroys a black leader who the left now hates
